If you’ve experienced the loss of a close loved one, holidays and anniversaries can be difficult to navigate. My sister Amanda unexpectedly passed away in May 2020 at just 40 years old. I’m not an expert on grief, but here are 5 things that have helped me cope with death and allow me to continue connecting with her even years after she passed away.
